ConocoPhillips Membership: Refinery/Technology negotiations continue.  On June 1st the Committe met with membership regarding the status of negotiations.  The Committe will be negotiating with the Company on June 15th.

Elections were held on June 2nd. Dennis Wedd has been elected as Trustee #2.
